WHAT TIME SHOULD I GET TO THE EVENT?

The program starts promptly at 7am, by this time all attendees are seated at their tables. We recommend you arrive to the ballroom lobby no later than 6:45am.

There is a concert performed by the Royal Hawaiian Band that begins at 6:30am when the ballroom doors open for guests to be seated.

THE ELEVATORS MADE ME LATE LAST TIME - WHAT SHOULD I DO?

The elevators from the parking lot lead straight to the Coral Ballroom, so anticipate a long wait time. An alternative route to the Coral Ballroom is to take the escalators. These escalators lead you directly to the entrance doors.

Go to Level 3 of the parking structure and follow signs to the escalators or walk to the street level from the parking garage into the Rainbow Bazaar shopping area and follow escalator signs that lead to the Coral Ballroom.

WHERE IS MY TICKET?

Eventbrite Ticket Buyers: A ticket confirmation was sent to your email after your purchase. You must click the link to retrieve your ticket(s) or download the Eventbrite App.

Invited Government, Military, School Leadership: Only those who filled out a Prayer Breakfast RSVP Registration Form were contacted and emailed a link for a ticket. Please check your email for the ticket sent to you.

"A friend/family/colleague told me to come, so I'm here": Ask the person who invited you for your ticket. This is a ticketed event, so you need a ticket to enter the ballroom; this ticket also has your table #.

SHOULD I DRIVE TO THE EVENT?

We recommend carpooling, getting dropped off or taking public transportation to the event. There will be a little over 1,000 people in attendance. We recommend you arrive no later than 6:30am to ensure you get into the ballroom by 7:00am. Plan to be in a traffic jam in the parking lot.

WHERE IS FREE PUBLIC PARKING PARKING OR STREET PARKING WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE?

  • There is a lot that is close by the Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon that is open at 4am to the public.

  • The roadway leading to the Hilton Hawaiian Lagoon also has many free parking options for you here - behind the Hilton Hotel if you would not like to park within the hotel area.

    *Navigate to Hilton Hawaiian Lagoon

WHERE DO I PARK?

You may self-park or valet your vehicle. The Coral Ballroom is attached to the Mid-Pac Conference Center parking lot. The entrance to the parking lot is along Rainbow Drive, turn onto the road located directly next to The Aoki Teppanyaki Waikiki restaurant to find the parking entrance. The garage elevators lead directly to the Coral Ballroom.

HOW MUCH WILL IT BE TO PARK MY VEHICLE AT THE BALLROOM?

A validated self-parking ticket will be $15 upon exit. A validated valet parking ticket will be $20. Please bring your parking ticket you received when entering the garage to the Coral Ballroom - there will be ushers and also validation machines to validate your ticket.
